Downtime problems

Hi,

Ive been with Vodahost now for a few years, but recently have experienced a lot of downtime on my site, especially around 10am-12noon GMT in the UK, sometimes 1 to 2 hours at a time !!.... this is the exact time MY particular customers want to use the website, and Im feeling slightly frustrated. Is this a short term problem, or can I expect this to continue.

Is this happening on your computer or has someone informed you of the problem?
It could be your IP being bogged down by the exact problem you stated. 10-12 is a peak time.

Hi...

Thanks for the reply, the problem is on my PC, when the site is down I can't access website/emails which is a big problem....one of the uptime checking programs reported a 4hr 32min fault over the weekend, its just getting a little annoying now as I work weekends to update the site.

I'm not going to be able to help you with this.
I can say that as far as I know I have never had any server problems. Not to say that I just didn't know about it. I have several websites hosted using different server. It's been almost 5 years that I have been with VodaHost.
