Why is my site down???

I can't get my web site to come up this morning. :o( I just get internet explorer cannot display web page. I don't think it is a billing problem since I pay annually and paid in January. What else can be causing the problem?
I only get about 50-100 hits a day so traffic shouldn't be shutting it down either.
Any ideas?

I can't answer your question, however everything seems fine now.

Fine at my end. Remember that it can quite often be your own ISP that can create the problem.
