Cannot publish, username/password incorrect

www.startnowtoday.com they restarted my account because I am using a new URL just received email (with username and pass) that has been done but when I go to publish it window pops up saying incorrect password.

I have tried copy and paste and also typing in username and passw

Double check the IP address also.
