Refresh not working

Hello again
Sorry to bother you but I have run into a situation I could use some advise with.
After changing my web sites two will not refresh. Any ideas?
One that did refresh is www.tdsproducts.biz.
Then the not refresh, www.tdsproducts.info.

What do you mean by "refresh"? please be specific.
What other sites besides these two are acceptable to you, and what is the difference with these two that makes you unsatisfied?
Your use of the term "refresh" is very broad in its potential meaning.
I went to the sites and they seem to function ok, as far as that goes.

Make sure that you are publishing to the correct IP address / folder.
