Adding Videos - Please help

I am having trouble uploading quick time videos to my site. I click publish in Blue Voda and it takes a while, but then confirms a successful publish. However, when I get to the site, it does not appear to be a way to start the video...

I please need some help figuring out how to load quick time videos.

Or is it possible to imbed You Tube videos into the site, so they play on the actual site but are run through You Tube.

I am desparate. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

you can actually embed videos from youtube and put it on your site, if you want to play videos from your site using quicktime you need to make sure you get a quicktime player for your site in order for you to play the videos, make sure the quicktime player knows where your videos are though
