navigator buttons

:( My specific problem is: I pressed the navigator bar and i got it on my work site. You know the 4 bars. Its imbedded itself in the main page. I can't delete it. Nothing works. and when I look at the preview it only has a tiny white dot to indicate of its existense. But, I want to clear it, so I can add on some more things, and its in the way. I can't move it either. Its stuck there.
