Pages not aligning

Hi all

I am in the process of updating my site (www.blackpoolmjchamps.com).

I have the "index" & "categories" pages done and uploaded. The index page uploaded fine, i'm happy with it but the categories page has the top missing including all tabs.

I have centered the page just like the index page.

Any fix it advice would be greatfully receieved.
