IP problem in publishing

i am trying to update my site and can not publish.
the IP adress is not right and i can not for the life of me figure out which one it is... i have repopulated the list but which IP adress am i to use and why are there so many...is it voda8...voda 18...voda14...voda7 which news and update update am i to use...
any help would be appreciated thanx in advance...
