New User Problems with Publishing

Hi I registered my domain name about four hours ago. (Yes I'm an early riser). However when I try and publish my website it asks for a username and password and the one which I registered with my email address and password for the client page doesn't seem to work. Also it asks for an IP and I haven't been sent it.

I'm wondering will this email with the correct username and password and IP arrive soon or should I send in a ticket.

Maybe there is a time that has to expire beofre creating a domain and publishing but I'm new to creating websites so forgive me if this is a newbie error

Did you only register the domain name. To use BV you have to subscribe.
If you have, and receive copy of the paid invoice, your unique user name and password will be shown on there.This can take up to 24 hours to configure.

Thanks for replying but I'm not sure what you mean by subscribe to BV :S

I have an invoice that says Professional Web Hosting then my domain name.
Then Add-on
Then Domain registration.

Where do I subscribe to BlueVoda? I downloaded the BlueVoda software a few weeks ago. I can't remember if I had to subscribe then.
