Templates and method of installation

HI,
I have tried to download the templates as shown in the Demo. When you click on templates at the bottom after opening a new website, your will get a simular page as shown in the demo but the download templates link is not there. There is a link to view templates and then download can be done but how do you install these. Is drag and drop the only way?

This might not be the right platform to ask this question, but i have to put forward here pls.

I want to design a website where jobseekers can upload their cv-resume or build a CV-resume online. How can i create a data base for them to sign up and have a profile to upload their CV?

2. Also need to create a data base on my site where employers can post a job automatically with their sign up user name and password.

3. and also create a payment method to give them access to Jobseekers CV-resume.online.

I really would want to Start making money with this my plans.
