Can't download files from FTP manager

Can't download files from FTP manager

I can see my files on the right in the FTP manager but when I try to drag them into a foulder on the left to my hard drive the connection seems to get lost and they never actually pass over unless I open the foulder on the right and pass the files over one by one but then they wouldn't be in the _html format I need them I don't think...

Why is it doing this? What can I do??
