    Site viewing help

    I've successfully published a web site (under construction notification page) through BlueVoda site builder. The problem is that it does not appear that anyone can access the site via their browsers.

    //
    Forbidden

    You don't have permission to access / on this server.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at pwaofms.org Port 80
    //

    ^This is the error message we get.

    We cant help without the web address of your site. Are you also publishing to a Vodahost server using the details you received when opening a Vodahost account.?
    Regards Chris.

      Apologies - details follow:

      The site url is: "pwaofms.org"

      The ip for the server the welcome email instructed us to publish to is: "174.36.95.2"

      The BlueVoda site builder does confirm a successful publishing attempt.

        Do you have "Publish All Files" selected from the drop down menu?
        Are you publishing to public_html ?

          Yes on both counts. A user on these forums had a similar issue several years ago, and it appears to have had something to do with nameservers. However, her issue (username: "KarateMom") was related to publishing to an addon domain, which is not my intent.

            That server # looks like an old one that has been replaced by a new server.
            I'm not sure.
            I would think a support ticket would be needed here.

              Seems to be ok now. Might of needed an extra few hours for the url to propagate.
              Looking at your home page, be careful on your page width & centring in all browsers.
              Regards Chris.
