I have seen websites where there are links to parts of the same page, only farther down on that page. Can somebody tell me where I can find out how to do this?

It is expected that you provide a URL to the website in question as outlined in and required by Forum protocol 'How To Ask For Assistance' so your issue can be reviewed properly to determine the specific solution. In this particular case, you actually could have easily found the resources to assist you by using the Forum Search Tool on your own, and not had to resort to posting at all ....
