sending emails generate two warning boxes

Whenever a visitor goes to my site and try to send me an email there is a warning box that appears through Microsoft Explorer that says: this form will reveal your email address to the recipient and the information may not be encryp for privacy and then asks the visitor if he wants to continue or cancel. If the visitor wants to continue then another warning box comes up and states: a program is attempting to send this form and asks if they want to continur. the form warns of unsecured connections and may cause visitors to not continue. What do I have to do to have the email go ahead and send when the submit button is selected.
