Re: computer crash
Hi Frankjone,
If you've already published your site but haven't backed up the pages, you can recover each page and start building your website over again.
Go to this tutorial that explains claerly and very easily how to do. Very easy to solve your problem. Here is the link:
Hope I've been of any help.
Nice weekend.

Re: computer crash
553 Requested action not taken. File name not allowed.
Seems we need to back up a bit, Frank, to see where things went wrong ...
1. It is expected that you provide a URL to the website in question as outlined in and required by Forum protocol 'How To Ask For Assistance' so your issue can be reviewed properly to determine the specific solution. Still RoxysMarineMart.com, or another this time?
2. Assuming you have properly Saved each page in Blue Voda after "re-building" them prior to Publishing, how in fact are you attempting to Publish them? (using the Command or Icon within Blue Voda, etc.)

Please, Frank, answer the questions specifically in order to receive proper assistance .... it's all about reducing the guesswork and validating a solution for compliant Blue Voda Users and VodaHost customers.
Once again ....

Re: computer crash
1. Actually, your domain name and URL is: www.roxyenterprisesny.com
2. Have you saved your pages after re-building them in Blue Voda prior to re-publishing them?
3. Once the page has been saved, you are in fact using the Publish Icon from within Blue Voda to publish, correct?
4. You are publishing to the proper IP address assigned to your domain, correct? > 74.86.118.19
5. You do have your Domain at GD with the proper Nameserver info entered, correct? (NS1.VODA19.COM, NS2.VODA19.COM)
6. If all is proper with your IP, your Domain, and your hosting account, the issue must still be coming from how you are saving/not saving the pages you "recovered" as a remote HTML page you then "rebuilt" and how you are trying to Publish them ....
You must first save the pages to a proper folder (directory) within Blue Voda before you attempt to Publish them (always using the Publish Icon or command only). Especially since they are recovered and "re-formatted" files .... you need to let Blue Voda treat them as if they are "new" files, and "convert" them from HTML back to a .BVP file in order to publish them, and in order to Publish them at all, they need to be a real "source" on your computer: they need to have been Saved to a BV folder to be "found."
Your issue seems to be that you have in fact not first saved the pages ("Files Not Available") in order to re-format them back to a .BVP file so Blue Voda will be able to publish them ("File Not Allowed").
Save your pages in your "Roxy Enterprises" folder in Blue Voda first (since your Blue Voda is newly downloaded after the crash, you may need to create a new folder to keep pages properly separated), and then Publish them normally to the proper IP and VodaHost Hosting account (from within Blue Voda, not via FTP or any other method).

Re: computer crash
1. Are you trying to publish pages to an Add-On domain within your Hosting Account (or to your Primary Domain on the account)?
2. Have you already properly created the Add-On domain in your hosting account via your Control Panel?
Tutorial To Create Add-On Domains If so, you need to publish to that Add-On exactly as it was created ...
3. Is the Add-On Domain name properly configured at the Registrar (GoDady) with the correct Nameserver information (NS1.VODA19.COM, NS2.VODA19.COM) so it can actually "point" to your Add-On domain hosting at VodaHost?
Making Nameserver Changes at GoDady
4. Are you entering the proper information in the BV Publish Dialog panel when trying to publish?
Posted Info Tip On How To Publish (see # 3)
Looks like things are clearing up: these are basic skills and methods you should be able to work out yourself using all the available resources like the Tutorials and previously answered threads in the Forums. Take things one step at a time, being careful to do everything in order and precisely --- you will be fine!

What more can I tell you?
It is now up to you to publish to the Add-On that is properly created using the BV Publish function having entered the correct info as instructed.
