Shopping cart to email, not paypal

Hi, I am looking for shopping that is sent to my email so that I can invoice the customer. Is there such a thing? The one on bluevoda tutorial is connected to paypal. I just want to make it easier for customer to send products to me that they wish to purchase and I can then advise total including postage.
I just purchased something this way, was asked preferred payment method and she then sent me an invoice. It was simple and thought it would be good on my page.
