Is there a known issue

Hello I have a client who is on ns1.voda35.com & ns2.voda35.com and today she told me they are having problems with their email.

This is what Horde is saying

"Warning: file_put_contents() [function.file-put-contents]: Only 0 of 1 bytes written, possibly out of free disk space in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/lib/Horde/Cache/file.php on line 130"

This is what Squirrel is saying

I also can't access the CPanel Rejecting username or password or both.

Before I contact support is there a known issue/ upgrade/ what have you, that I don't know about?
