Problem With My New Web Account - IP Address In Website Builder

I may have posted this question in error in another thread and I apologize. I tried to open a support ticket but it wouldn't open so here goes. I hope someone can help me. (BTW, I have upgraded to the latest version of the website builder).

    Problem With My Website

    Hi, I'm Pierre Clark, Customer 5614. I have a new account, http://www.pacnetsites.com.

The current user name listed is:
    DOMAINpacnetsites.com
    SITE URLhttp://www.pacnetsites.com
    TEMPORARY URLhttp://70.86.134.194/~iugwkedb/
Control Panel & BlueVoda Publishing Details:
    YOUR IP ADDRESS70.86.134.194
    CONTROL PANEL LOGIN URLhttp://70.86.134.194/cpanel

I am trying to publish pages to the website and subdomain with your excellent webdesign software. But when I select "Publish", the URL IP address above is not listed in the drop-down box and therefore I can't publish to the website.

How can I fix this so I can publish my files?

Thanks for your help. BTW, I tried to log on for a support ticket and I got an error message.

Probably, you don't have the last BV version, even though you think so. The last one is 7.7 c and has this IP address together with the rest. Please download it here
