I designed the Home page (index) and now I wish to do the other pages(the ones that are linked from that home page) How do I do it?
Then, How do I publish the site on the web??

Providing you have already purchased a hosting account from VodaHost (BlueVoda will only publish to a VodaHost server) and have an assigned IP to publish to, you can follow the steps outlined in the Tutorials to complete your efforts.
