open my page in google blacked out

When I open my page in regular google, the lower half of my home page in blacked out. When I open my site in google chrome it's fine.

Is there something I am doing or not doing or can do to fix this?

I tried your website in Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera and IE. The only one that's a problem is IE. Unfortunately I can't help you with solving this. Hopefully someone with some expertise with IE problems can jump in to help.

Sites Not Displaying Properly In Internet Explorer 8 - Compatibility View



Due to changes in the way it handles certain types of websites and styles, some websites may not display properly in Internet Explorer 8 -- this can include issues like misaligned text, images, or text boxes, and can even cause overlapping images and styles, preventing the page from being read.
If you're using IE8 and encounter a page with these types of issues, try turning on Compatibility View. This will make the page appear as it would in Internet Explorer 7. There's an icon for it located just to the right of the address bar:
