locked out

hello again ppl my newest issue is some how im completly locked out of my cpanel and everything else for that matter can an admin reset my passwords plz or do i need to try to put in a support ticket oh wait i cant login to do that i must have fubared it good

Submit a support ticket fully identifying yourself: domain name, useraname, password and contact details if changed from the ones under which you had signed up.
