How do you make drop-down text?

Just another question, sorry to bug you guys, but I am busy building my own site for the first time as you probably noticed =)

How do you make drop down text? Where you click on a word, for example:

Terms and conditions

and then text appears directly underneath (on the same page)?

I can't find the feature anywhere in my Blue Voda software.

This is NOT a menu or a hyperlink (one that links to another site anyway )
