To back up your website from VodaHost's servers please see the below tutorial:

If you are backing up files from your local computer and are using BlueVoda, you can copy your BlueVoda folder ( within My Documents ) on to a external storage medium such as a USB Flash Stick, an external Hard Drive Disk or a Dropbox ( http://www.dropbox.com/ )
