using blue voda on my mac

i would like to transfer my website files from my pc to my macbook. but i am not sure where to start - or if it's even possible. can anyone help me with this? when i contacted vodahost, they said something about virtual pc and windows emulator - but i'm a beginner and it doesn't make much sense to me.
