SSL Cert not recognized

Hello people, early today a client told me my website appeared as unsafe on his browser, I checked and confirmed that under Firefox my site (https://bf-mexico.mx) appears as untrusted, Firefox says "Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer", I dont have this problem on Chrome or IE, I havn´t tested the site on other browsers like Opera or Safari.

Any idea on how to solve this issue?? Thanks.

Please submit a support ticket asking the help desk to open your site with FF 7 in order to see the issue.
