Scroll Bar Problem

I got my website setup, but the scroll bar on the right side it scroll alway down pass my page. I got it set in page property page height at 1400 when go to preveiw it scroll alway down. Same thing when publish. Please anyone How to fix this problem i having. Thanks

Heres my website www.rc5bpartsstore.com, Check the scroll bar on right it scroll alway down pass the page. Page property set at 1400 page height. when i go preveiw it changes or when publish the scroll bar is alot smaller. Thanks for help plus i need more traffic any help there be great. Thanks
