How to make changes on my website with new computer

Hi
My old laptop stop working and I have to buy new one. Now question is how can I make changes in my website. I need to change phone number as it is changed. Please advice me. Thanks in advance.

Have your old laptop hard disk copied in an external drive so you can connect it to the new one and retrieve your BV pages.
Then use BV (installed on new laptop) to make any necessary amendments and publish as you usually did in the past.
