Links not working on Safari and Chrome

On this page (http://www.kcuc.ca/kcnews.html) when viewed in Safari or Chrome the hyperlinks do not work. Links on other pages on the site work as expected and when viewed on I Explorer the page referred to above works as expected.
Anyone have an idea of the fix for this or why this is happening?
Any help would be appreciated.

They work in my Firefox and Chrome. I don't have Safari.

Working fine in Chrome and Safari.
