Do we have a tutorial on this?

I have a download page http://www.fxsystems.info/download.html
I would like the following to work for me
click the box and the visitor must get a download which currently is a .rar file on my computer and contains 1 pdf file - being the instruction ebook and the other files are files which the visitor needs to run the software which he buys.
If we do not have a tutorial on this could some one please advice me

Thank you for the help - I have gone through the tutorials, the video and also the one you sent me... used it in part corretly I hope, but trying to go step by step.
I have via blue voda FTP created a folder called download in the fxsystems.info folder.
I pulled the pic of the book into the folder - it is there - visible in the remote side (right hand) - I closed and went to my page - hoping that now I can click the box and it would allow me to make it a picture link.
But no - please help how have I gone wrong?

Hi; It appears you haven't correctly linked the image of the book to your file-for-download. Please see the below video tutorial regarding: "Linking your pages together (Hyperlinks with text, images etc…)"

I see that when I click the pic the link icon in my toolbar does not become active allowing me to use the linking facility - can you help further please?
