I am VERY new to all of this, and am in charge of updating our site.
All of the links are working except for http://www.nwspcca.com/executives.cmmittees.html
Can you please help me?

You never use a period (".") in hyperlinks or Page Titles, only a hyphen ("-") or an underscore ("_").

According to the link you entered in your Menu Navigation, the page URL is supposed to be: http://www.nwspcca.com/executives_committees.html..... so you SHOULD have published your page as: executives_committees

Double-check how you: 1. published your page; 2. entered your links; and 3. the spelling throughout (make sure it is consistent and correct).

Alright, this is probably easy for most people, but I'm just not getting it. I made sure the spelling is correct and the same throughout, the links are correct ( I think) and I published my page right, what am I doing wrong? I watched the tutorials, and still am not getting it.

Obviously. Until you are sure, your progress is severely handicapped.

There has been no changes to the pages, which should have equally been obvious if following the suggestions mentioned:
