Previews fine but publishes as Index

So, when I type in my domain www.goldcoastauto1.com it shows index files and not what I created, I'm sure it something stupid but send me in the right direction o wise ones!

Open your "Index" page and SAVE AS "index" and re-publish.

All Page titles must be saved and published using lower case letters (without spaces or symbols) only.
