How doo I best secondarily save my published and unpublished web pages. If my laptop were lost, broken, etc., what are my best "Saving" alternatives?

The same as any other file or folder, yes? Choosing a backup resource is up to you, and according to your needs, requirements, and abilities.

Keep in mind that BlueVoda files particularly will "lose" associations and source paths for all images and other imported elements once "saved" to a another location outside of BlueVoda itself, requiring you to "re-build" your pages to re-establish element paths prior to re-publishing ... this cannot be avoided no matter what you select for backup.
