webpages are altered: webpages looked like being vanalized, other pics just appear

Please help. My current webpages were altered and look like they are being vandalized, photos from other webpages also appear on any webpages, when I refresh the webpages the more, they get altered.
What could be the problem? I did not copy paste the photos.
