I can't receive submission

Dears,I don't know what is happening but when my new students take our MiniToeic test online I don't receive the information when they click submit button, despite the fact that when they finish it they receive our message that the submission was succesful. Weeks ago it worked perfect as usual, but now I don't know what happens. We did the page completely again thinking that probably there was a problem with the form or something else, we checked everything and today we upload the new page with a new form. I tried it first to see that it was working well, I finish the test I clicked submit button, I rececived confirmation again that the test was succesfully submitted but when I open my email account to see the results nothing appear. I have received calls from many students telling me that they did the test and now they want to know the results. We did everything possible but now what else can I do?Please be of help
