pages not updating

hi my webpage changes are not showing up
its been 3 days now since i last published my pages and still no changes showing
i have made changes to all my pages in my www.finefeatures.co.uk site
i have tried 4 computers and all the same so its not cache
on bluevoda when i publish my pages the server id shows 74.209.212.8 in the publish webpage popup
in blue ftp it also says 74.209.212.8
in my control panel the Shared IP Address shows 74.209.248.9
this number isnt available in the popup that appears in blue voda when trying to publish.
what number should i be using as my new pages are not showing up ?
