Hard drive crashed, lost everything

I have submitted 8 support tickets, and none have been answered. I had a hard drive crash weeks ago, and had to get a new one. Now I cannot access my Web site www.thesockbuddy.com. I don't know my user name or password or publishing numbers anymore because they were on the drive. I really need some help, so decided to try this forum.

This is not a Forums issue, and there is nothing the Forums can do ... Contact Customer Support to retrieve Account Details.
