What I want is like Facebook really. You add an image header as a fixed background and allow the remainder of the site to scroll and "disappear" behind the header (just like in Facebook).
Is there a way to for site to go behind bg header?

To have a 'floating' header that remains at the top of the page when scrolled (with a static background) would require custom-coding to a platform other than BlueVoda.
There are threads within these Forums that explain how to have a static background, but that is basically a single image that remains statically placed and not a Header that separately remains in a static position. But, that is completely different than what you describe ...
