IE Browser issue

I have an issue with Internet Explorer on my webpage http://www.homepagely.com

All elements on the homepage are fine, but some element (slide menu and go menu properties) change, when I open any sub-page, i.e. http://www.homepagely.com/technology.html

Any idea why this happens? Everything works fine in other browsers.
