Published site turns out different

My site www.lullabylillys.com will not publish the same as it shows in the voda builder. For example on the burp cloth tab the bars are missing on the third row of items. Then some of the links are not connecting on certain pages but are the same as the ones that are working on other pages.

I just redid the side menu that works some of the time. Anyone else have this problem?
