Updated pages won't load, or load with unusual text.

I'm updating my web pages, and after I've published them they still show up on the web as the old ones. Also I've updated my homepage and it has come up with a whole paragraph of html text at the top as well as unwanted text at the bottom of the page.

You are getting the strange text on the top as the page needs to be saved in php format because of the form embedded in it. Right click on the page, select page properties, then change the extension type from html to php. You will need to delete the old index.html page is well for this new php page to show. This can be done with the FTP manager under tools in BlueVoda, connect to the server highlight the index.html file and hit delete.

The pages not updating are probably caused by caching issues, go to the page hold the control key down and hit f5 once to clear your cache. If this does not work you should open a support ticket.
