My page loads then dissappears!?!?

My website index page (www.knight-costumes.co.uk) loads normally, but the newly updated contact page- http://www.knight-costumes.co.uk/contact.html
loads up then after a couple of seconds disappears to a white screen!

Can anyone tell me what i've done wrong??

Hi, you inserted the facebook code inside your body tag, this needs to be in between the body tags, we have fixed this and the page is loading now!
