Hi there I wonder if any body can put me straight........What is the best page size to suit tablets and will it turn and fit in landscape as well as portrait orientation..................Thank you

Dynamic Page Orientation has nothing to do with the Web page itself, but the functionality of the Device's Browser.

As far as optimal layouts for device display, you'll find them outlined HERE (along with other Core understandings of differences between Phones, Tablets, Laptops/Desktops you are apparently lacking).
