Change default text colour

Every time I open a new text box it comes up white, I have to manually change it. My main problem is on my paypal drop-down menu 'Standard sizes / prices' is in white on a pale background. It's in the HTML editor as #FFFFFF, but I can't see how to change it.

Hi, open up your page in BlueVoda, then right click on an area of the page and go to the page properties, in the pop up box, select the formatting tab. At the bottom, you can change the text color using the drop down menu next to Default Color.
