Control panel login

Maybe a glitch but I have not yet received login details for my control panel. Username and password also name server details as one would expect in a welcome email. It was suggested that I submit a ticket in the help desk. This I attempted to do but won't submit my ticket without a control panel user name. My domain is rubbertechuk.com can anyone make a suggestion?

you should check your bulk, spam and junk folders, if it is not there, open a support ticket!
