Blank pages

Hello,
It's been quite a while since posting. I have recently published 2 pages that show up as blank pages.

www.redhawk-archery.com/FOCcalculator.php
The new tab has my favicon and the link to the page.

Is it possible that my server has been changed?

Hi, you have PHP coed before and After the HTML tags that is causing the error:

<? function menu() { ?>

<?
}
?>

We have removed this on OEM.php and the page is ow working, you should remove it from both and publish the pages again.
