convert from html back to bvp?

Hi, I lost my latest file "backups" in blue voda where all my pages were stored in .bvp format. Now off course I have access to the latest published pages through Filezilla but they are in .html format. How can I get a file back from my website and store it again in blue voda as .bvp?
