Form information going to a database

Is there a way that when a customer enters all the information on the form and hits submit that all the entry information goes into a database? Kind of like google forms?

    Thank you.

Hi, yes, you would need to first create a database in your control panel under the MySQL icon, then you would need to configure your form to work with the database. Double click on your form in BlueVoda, then go to the database tab and select Write form data in a MySQL database and enter in the relevant database. Knowledge of PHP and MySQL databases are necessary for doing this!
