Linking captcha

I have put on a captcha on my page 'kieranrobertsart.com/contact_me.php' as I was getting a lot of spam. I also would like to use a submittal page 'kieranrobertsart.com/submitted.html' to let users know their message has been sent. Is there a way I can link the two so when they press the 'send' button it links to the submittal page?

Yes, simply double click on the form in BlueVoda, then under the form processing area you can add a success URL that they will redirect to!

I have linked it up in the form processing area, but when I test it on webpage by clicking 'send' it does nothing. No submittal page comes up, and I don't receive anything to my inbox.
