Contents of pages not centered

Hi, So I'm working on publishing my website... the problem I'm seeing is when I look at my pages on my laptop they seem to be as I want them in the centre but, when I look it up on my tablet or phone, the contents are to the side. not in the middle.
Is there a way to keep it all centered on whatever system people look it up?
