Question about time zone

Hi,

VodaHost server is located at Willington, Delaware, I presume. Can anyone tell me what's the time difference between the server location and California (US pacific time)?

I'm asking this because I'm not from the US. I'm installing a script which requires me to insert the time zone offset hours between the server location and Google's. This is an adsense tracker script.

VodaHost's servers are located in Texas, which is two hours ahead of the West Coast. When it's 5PM in Texas, it's 3PM in California.
